Agreement

By using PromptMake, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes. Generated prompts are provided as-is without warranty. We may update these terms at any time.

Use of the service

You may not abuse rate limits, scrape the API, or upload illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Payments

Subscriptions and credit packs are sold by BARS AI LTD and processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support.

Refunds: contact support@promptmake.net within 14 days of purchase for billing issues. Digital credits used after purchase may limit refund eligibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in London, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
